Paula’s Choice may be best known for its no-nonsense approach to skincare. They pride themselves on having straightforward formulas free of hype, fragrance, and fillers. My journey with Paula’s Choice over the last year has turned me into an ultimate fan of the brand, as they introduced me to niacinamide and peptide formulas, while also delivering options for face sunscreens I could wear with ease.
I started using Paula’s Choice products over a year ago after reading various internet forums about their effectiveness. And since then, I’ve branched out to experience many brands, but there are a few Paula’s Choice products that I always recommend to folks looking to build an effective skincare routine.
If you follow me on Instagram or check out the products I discuss in my round-up blog posts, you’ve seen Paula’s Choice products throughout my skincare routines.
So, this blog post is intended to break down my thoughts on the brand. And I’m reviewing my top 10 favorite products from Paula’s Choice that I’ve tried (though I’m sure there are many more to love).
Founded in 1995, Paula’s Choice is a Seattle-based skincare brand known for creating no-nonsense, no-frills, concentrated, effective formulas with scientifically-backed ingredients.
And as far as skincare brands go, Paula’s Choice is a worry-free one. As one of the first consumer-to-market skincare brands, ingredients are at the heart of Paula’s Choice, both when it comes to what’s in the products and what isn’t. I, personally, love that their products don’t contain ingredients known to irritate people with skin sensitivities like eczema and rosacea. This means the brand is:
- Essential-oil free, and
In fact, the brand’s website has an ingredient dictionary that many beauty influencers and consumers rely on all the time. If you want to know about any ingredient listed on their products, there’s a helpful parenthetical that characterizes the function of each one.
Paula’s Choice caters to every skin type and concern, with eight collections addressing various issues. The packaging of every product indicates the skin type that the product can be suited for.
PAULA’S CHOICE COLLECTIONS
CALM – This collection provides two complete routines for normal to dry or normal to oily skin. The collection focuses on replenishing, soothing redness, and renewing the skin.
SKIN RECOVERY – This collection is for drier skin types or skin that’s depleted and needs more nourishment.
SKIN BALANCING – This collection is for normal to oily skin types and addresses oil control and pore issues.
RESIST – This collection focuses on age defensiveness. Whether it’s hyperpigmentation, fine lines, wrinkles, or loss of firmness, this is the line for you. And within this line, the brand has color-coded the bottles to address different skin types. This collection provides two complete routines for normal to dry or normal to oily skin, with color-coded the bottles to treat these different skin types.
CLINICAL – This collection is not a separate line but more like intensive add-ons to your routine. These products target and focus on more complex and specific skin concerns. So, I go to this line when I want to focus on a particular skin issue that needs more attention.
DEFENSE – This collection is all about defending against environmental pollutants and stressors. So, this line helps protect against UV rays, dust, smog, and all the toxins and pollutants that can compromise and weaken our skin barrier. Many of these products are full of antioxidants, ceramides to help build your skin’s defenses.
EARTH SOURCED – This collection is Paula’s Choice’s green line. So, in this collection, you’ll find non-irritating, research-backed formulas with natural ingredients.
CLEAR – This collection is focused on acne-prone skin and addresses associated issues like clogged pores, inflammation, redness, dryness, and dehydration.
PAULA’S CHOICE FAVORITES
SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA LIQUID EXFOLIANT
This product is literally the brand’s skincare icon! Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant was one of the first products I bought from the brand two years ago. And I didn’t expect much from it for my skin. I always had this opinion of BHA products being drying and sort of irritating because many of the BHA products I tried in the past had a lot of alcohol in them.
But this product was a pleasant surprise! You all know I prefer chemical exfoliants, and this one is packed with 2% Beta Hydroxy Acid to gently resurface, increase collagen production, decongest pores, and make stubborn blackheads disappear. When I use this, I’m left with radiant, even-toned skin, all without irritation or inflammation.
As someone with drier skin, I love that this acid toner has hydrating properties. I think its due to the butylene glycol.
And I think this toner is a pretty universal product and I included it in my 2019 Best In Beauty List. This liquid exfoliant works for me, and I have dry, eczema-prone skin. It’s also my sister’s favorite Paula’s Choice product, and she has a sensitive, combination skin.
Water (Aqua), Methylpropanediol (hydration), Butylene Glycol (hydration), Salicylic Acid (beta hydroxy acid/exfoliant), Polysorbate 20 (stabilizer), Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract (green tea/skin calming/antioxidant), Sodium Hydroxide (pH balancer), Tetrasodium EDTA (stabilizer)
When Do I Use This?
I generally exfoliate in my evening routine and only 2-3/week.
C15 SUPER BOOSTER
You all know I love a vitamin C serum! And Paula’s Choice boosters are the more concentrated ingredient serums. What I love most about Paula’s Choice boosters is that they’re formulated in a way to mix really well with other products. So, you can give a boost to your other serums or your moisturizer.
Paula’s Choice C15 Super Booster is formulated with 15% L-ascorbic acid as well as Vitamin E and ferulic acid to help stabilize it and boost the antioxidant properties. If your skin can handle it, L-ascorbic acid is the most proven and potent form of vitamin C.
This is a lightweight, hydrating serum that has a watery texture. I also love that this comes in a 0.67 fl. oz. opaque bottle instead of 1 fl. oz. due to the oxidative nature of l-ascorbic acid. So, I always get the chance to finish it within three months, before it really oxidizes and I feel uncomfortable completing the bottle.
Water (Aqua), Ascorbic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Ethoxydiglycol, Glycerin, PPG-26-Buteth-26, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Pentylene Glycol, Tocopherol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hexanoyl Dipeptide-3 Norleucine Acetate, Lecithin, Ferulic Acid, Panthenol, Bisabolol, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract, Propyl Gallate, Sodium Gluconate, Sodium Hydroxide, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin
When Do I Use This?
I use this vitamin C serum almost every morning, right after cleansing. I personally use a vitamin C serum in my morning routine since it helps fight the free radicals of UV rays. And I apply this serum as my first serum because it allows for the best product penetration.
10% NIACINAMIDE BOOSTER
This serum was a part of my first purchase bundle from Paula’s Choice! This 10% Niacinamide Booster is a multi-tasking ingredient that I think is great for any skin issue you have.
Niacinamide is an age-defensive ingredient that helps to brighten and reduce hyperpigmentation while also dialing down inflammation. And it’s a game-changer in fighting against enlarged pores and uneven skin tone.
This particular formula is water-based, lightweight, colorless, odorless, and absorbs extremely fast. And this serum won’t cause any irritation or dryness. It’s also full of antioxidants and soothing agents that sink right into my skin, making it perfect for layering with other products without pilling.
If you have issues with enlarged pores, niacinamide helps with the appearance of them, and if you have oily skin, niacinamide can help balance your skin.
Water (Aqua), Niacinamide (vitamin B3, skin-restoring ), Acetyl Glucosamine (skin replenishing/antioxidant), Ascorbyl Glucoside (vitamin C/antioxidant), Butylene Glycol (hydration), Phospholipids (skin replenishing), Sodium Hyaluronate (hydration/skin-replenishing), Allantoin (skin-soothing), Boerhavia Diffusa Root Extract (skin-soothing), Glycerin (hydration/skin-replenishing), Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (skin-soothing), Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract (licorice extract/skin-soothing), Ubiquinone (antioxidant), Epigallocatechin Gallate (antioxidant), Beta-Glucan (skin-soothing/antioxidant), Panthenol (skin replenishing), Carnosine (antioxidant), Genistein (antioxidant), Citric Acid (pH balancing), Sodium Citrate (pH balancing), Sodium Hydroxide (pH balancing), Xanthan Gum (texture-enhancing), Disodium EDTA (stabilizer), Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative), Phenoxyethanol (preservative)
When Do I Use This?
I’ve used this niacinamide booster in my morning and evening routines, especially in the summer months. And I enjoy this most when I apply it right after my vitamin C serum in my morning routine.
HYALURONIC ACID BOOSTER
Hyaluronic acid is one of the few skincare ingredients that will benefit every skin type and condition at any age. Hydration is key to maintaining skin health, and a well-formulated hyaluronic acid serum is essential to any pro-skin health regimen.
Weightless, colorless, and odorless, this Hyaluronic Acid Booster “contains a specialized matrix of skin-smoothing hyaluronic acid, skin-replenishing ceramides, and panthenol that penetrates skin’s surface to help lock in moisture, keeping skin hydrated and ultimately moisturized.”*
This serum has a terrific formula. The first six ingredients in the formula after are water, glycerin, sodium hyaluronate, hyaluronic acid, and three skin-replenishing forms of ceramides.
It has a liquid-gel texture and glides on my skin. I really wish Paula’s Choice carried a bigger size of this product!
Water (Aqua), Glycerin (hydration/skin-replenishing), Sodium Hyaluronate (hydration/skin-replenishing), Hyaluronic Acid (hydration/skin-replenishing), Ceramide NP (hydration/skin-replenishing), Ceramide AP (hydration/skin-replenishing), Ceramide EOP (hydration/skin-replenishing), Phytosphingosine (hydration/skin-replenishing), Yeast Extract (skin replenishing), Adenosine (skin-restoring), Cholesterol (skin replenishing), Panthenol (skin replenishing), Silanetriol (hydration), Butylene Glycol (hydration), Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate (hydration), Carbomer (texture-enhancing), Xanthan Gum (texture-enhancing), Citric Acid, Sodium Hydroxide, Polysorbate 20 (texture-enhancing), Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative), Phenoxyethanol (preservative)
When Do I Use This?
I use hyaluronic acid serums in my morning and evening routines. I usually apply a hydrating mist, so my skin is damp, apply the hyaluronic acid and lock it in with a moisturizer.
As I approach 40, I’m starting to see the difference in many more anti-aging products when I use them. The Peptide Booster is a great age-defensive product that helps repair, heal, and strengthen your skin. This particular serum contains 8 of the most targeted peptides that address fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, dullness, and firmness.
So, when you see signs of aging, that’s when I would consider this. I personally love the texture. It has more of a milky texture than the other boosters I’ve discussed so far. It’s hydrating and comforting, yet it sinks into your skin so you can layer on other products with ease.
Water (Aqua), Glycerin (skin-replenishing), PEG-8 Dimethicone (texture enhancer), Tripeptide-1 (skin-restoring), Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 (skin-restoring), Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 (skin restoring), Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-12 (skin restoring), Myristoyl Hexapeptide-16 (skin-restoring), Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17 (skin-restoring), Hexanoyl Dipeptide-3 Norleucine Acetate (skin-restoring), Azelaoyl Bis-Dipeptide-10 (skin-restoring), Glycoproteins (hydration), Phospholipids (skin-replenishing), Adenosine (skin-restoring), Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate (skin-soothing), Arginine, Valine, Glycine, Alanine, Glutamic Acid, Serine, Threonine (amino acids/hydration), Yeast (Faex) Extract (skin-soothing/hydration), Isoleucine, Proline, Histidine, Phenylalanine (amino acids/hydration), PCA (skin-replenishing), Phytic Acid (antioxidant), Panax Ginseng Root Extract (plant extract/antioxidant), Sodium PCA (skin-replenishing), Psidium Guajava Fruit Extract (guava fruit/antioxidant), Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Extract (acai/antioxidant), Ahnfeltiopsis Concinna Extract (algae/hydration/texture enhancer), Dextran (natural sugar/hydration), Hydrolyzed Silk (texture enhancer), Lecithin (skin-restoring fatty acid), Glyceryl Polymethacrylate (film-forming agent), C12-16 Pareth-9, Trideceth-12 (emulsifiers), Sodium Lactate (hydration), Carbomer (texture enhancer), Aspartic Acid (amino acid/hydration), Polysorbate 20 (emulsifier), Butylene Glycol, Caprylyl Glycol, PEG-8 (texture enhancers), C11-15 Pareth-7 (emulsifier), Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride (texture enhancer), Phytosteryl/Octyldodecyl Lauroyl Glutamate, Ectoin (hydration), Citrate Buffer (pH adjuster), Trimethylsiloxyamodimethicone (texture enhancer), Phenoxyethanol (preservative), Sodium Hydroxide (pH adjuster), Ethylhexylglycerin (hydration)
When Do I Use This?
It varies. Although I tend to use peptide serums more in my evening routine, you’ll definitely see me use it in my morning routine. The Peptide Booster is usually the last serum I apply before my moisturizer due to the consistency.
CLINICAL NIACINAMIDE 20% TREATMENT
Very few of us are lucky enough to have no real pore problem. For most of us, our pores can easily get clogged and congested. I love the 10% Niacinamide Booster, but the Niacinamide 20% Treatment is a perfect formula to spot-treat around and under my nose where my pores look more pronounced. A highly concentrated niacinamide serum effectively tightens and minimizes the look of these very noticeable pores caused by aging. I also use this after being outside at the pool or beach where I may experience sun damage.
Water (Aqua), Niacinamide (skin-restoring/skin-replenishing), Pentylene Glycol (solvent/texture enhancer), Butylene Glycol (slip agent/hydration), Glycerin (skin-replenishing), Acetyl Glucosamine (skin-replenishing), Ascorbyl Glucoside (vitamin C/antioxidant), Glycyrrhiza Glabra (Licorice) Root Extract (skin-soothing/antioxidant), Spiraea Ulmaria (Meadowsweet) Extract (antioxidant), Portulaca Oleracea (Purslane) Extract (antioxidant), Camellia Japonica Flower Extract (antioxidant), Epigallocatechin Gallate (green tea-derived antioxidant), Boerhavia Diffusa Root Extract (skin-soothing), Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract (antioxidant), Allantoin (skin-soothing), Lecithin (skin-replenishing), Pullulan (texture enhancer), Panthenol (hydration), Silica (absorbent), Xanthan Gum (thickener), Sclerotium Gum (thickener), Propanediol (hydration), Sodium Phytate (chelating agent), Phenoxyethanol (preservative), Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative)
When Do I Use This?
It varies. Although I use this mostly as a spot-treatment where my pores are more noticeable, I’ve also applied this on my entire face after my Vitamin C serum in the colder months.
OMEGA+ COMPLEX SERUM
The Omega+ Complex Serum is a fatty serum/emulsion that is fortifying and nourishing. It’s full of ceramides, antioxidants, and is really nourishing on your skin. These powerful antioxidants and ceramides provide skin barrier strengthening nutrients that promote healthier skin.
This Omega+ Complex Serum is not oily, and far from heavy despite its texture, and applies like a dream!
I particularly love this year-round because it’s known for replenishing stressed and dehydrated skin barriers.
Water (Aqua), Glycerin, Diheptyl Succinate, Candelilla/Jojoba/Rice Bran Polyglyceryl-3 Esters, Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil, Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid, Passiflora Edulis (Passionflower) Seed Oil, Salvia Hispanica (Chia) Seed Oil, Ceramide EOP, Ceramide EOS, Ceramide NP, Ceramide NS, Caprooyl Sphingosine, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil Unsaponifiables, Caprooyl Phytosphingosine, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cholesterol, Ceramide AP, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Tocopherol, Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Prunus Domestica Seed Oil, Lauryl Laurate, Glyceryl Behenate, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Sodium Phytate, Trehalose, Isohexadecane, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Capryloyl Glycerin/Sebacic Acid Copolymer, Xanthan Gum, Rhizobian Gum, Cetyl Alcohol, Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate, Agar, Copernicia Cerifera (Carnauba) Wax, Glyceryl Stearate, Ceteareth-25, Polysorbate 60, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behenic Acid, Glyceryl Rosinate, Citric Acid, Benzyl Alcohol, Phenoxyethanol, Dehydroacetic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin

I use this in my morning and evening routines. I particularly love to apply this serum after exfoliating, and when I want to buffer my retinol treatment.
OMEGA+ COMPLEX MOISTURIZER
The Omega+ Complex Moisturizer has a unique whipped texture full of omega fatty acids and antioxidants. It contains replenishing ceramides and omega fatty acids that all help to strengthen the skin barrier. And it’s fantastic at calming my eczema flare-ups, especially during the winter months.
This moisturizer is not heavy or greasy at all. It melts into my skin and leaves me with a velvet, matte finish.
Water (Aqua), Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter (emollient/antioxidant), Ceteareth-6 Olivate (hydration/texture enhancer), Butylene Glycol (slip agent/hydration), C13-15 Alkane (solvent), Glycerin (skin-replenishing), Glyceryl Stearate (texture enhancer), Polyglyceryl-4 Laurate (emollient/emulsifier), Decyl Oleate (emollient), Linum Usitatissimum (Linseed) Seed Oil (flax seed; non-fragrant omega 3, 6, and 9 plant oil), Salvia Hispanica (Chia) Seed Oil (non-fragrant omega-3 plant oil), Olea Europaea (Olive) Fruit Oil (non-fragrant antioxidant plant oil), Passiflora Edulis (Passion Fruit) Seed Oil (non-fragrant omega-6 plant oil), Borago Officinalis Seed Oil (non-fragrant antioxidant plant oil/skin-soothing), Hydrogenated Olive Oil (emollient plant oil), Psidium Guajava (Guava)Fruit Extract (antioxidant), Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil Unsaponifiables (hydration), Limnanthes Alba (Meadowfoam) Seed Oil (non-fragrant plant oil), Linoleic Acid, Linolenic Acid (skin-restoring fatty acids), Oleic Acid (non-fragrant omega-9 fatty acid), Euterpe Oleracea (Acai) Sterols (emollient), Ceramide AP, Ceramide EOP, Ceramide NP (skin-replenishing/skin-restoring ingredients), Serine, Alanine, Glycine, Proline (amino acids/hydration), Lysine HCl (amino acid salt/hydration), Threonine, Arginine (amino acids/hydration), Squalane (emollient), Cholesterol (skin-replenishing), Phytosphingosine (skin-restoring), Anastatica Hierochuntica Extract (rose of Jericho/skin-soothing/antioxidant), Lecithin (skin-restoring), Sodium Hyaluronate (skin-replenishing), Sodium Lactate (electrolyte hydration), Boerhavia Diffusa Root Extract (skin-soothing/antioxidant), Adenosine (skin-restoring), Phytic Acid (chelating agent), Glutamic Acid (amino acid/hydration), Betaine (hydration), Pullulan (texture enhance/film-forming agent), PCA, Sodium PCA (skin-replenishing), Carbomer (thickener), Sodium Polyacrylate Starch (texture enhancer/stabilizer), Sclerotium Gum, Xanthan Gum (plant-derived thickeners), Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate (emulsifier), Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin (preservatives)
When Do I Use This?
I use this in my morning and evening routines. Although you can wear this year-round, especially if your skin is dry and dehydrated, I haven’t been using it as much in this humidity. But, I’ll definitely be picking it back up when it cools down a little.
WATER-INFUSING ELECTROLYTE MOISTURIZER
This moisturizer so refreshing and perfect for me during the summer! During application, this cream goes through a texture change, and becomes this water balm, dousing my skin with hydration. And, it’s lightweight and layerable.
This summer has been unusually humid in NYC. And this moisturizer has been great at keeping me hydrated without making me feel like a complete oil slick, especially going out in this humidity with a mask.
Water (Aqua,) Glycerin (skin-replenishing), Dimethicone (hydration/texture enhancer), Butylene Glycol (hydration), Propanediol (hydration), Stearic Acid (texture enhancer), Glyceryl Stearate (emollient/emulsifier), Isohexadecane (texture enhancer), Potassium PCA (mineral electrolyte/skin-replenishing), Magnesium PCA (mineral electrolyte/skin-replenishing), Calcium PCA (mineral electrolyte/skin-replenishing), Ethylhexyl Olivate (hydration), Polyglyceryl-4 Olivate (emollient/emulsifier), Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract (antioxidant), Laminaria Saccharina (Brown Algae) Extract (skin-soothing/antioxidant), Actinidia Chinensis (Kiwi) Fruit Extract (antioxidant), Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Extract (antioxidant), Biotin/Folic Acid/Cyanocobalamin/Niacinamide/Pantothenic Acid/Pyridoxine/Riboflavin/Thiamine/Yeast Polypeptides (skin-restoring), Garcinia Mangostana (Mangosteen) Peel Extract (antioxidant), Prunus Serotina (Wild Cherry) Fruit Extract (antioxidant), Squalane (emollient), Ceramide EOP (skin-replenishing), Ceramide AP (skin-replenishing), Ceramide NP (skin-replenishing), Pisum Sativum (Pea) Extract (antioxidant), Phytosphingosine (skin-replenishing), Cholesterol (skin-replenishing), Acetyl Hexapeptide-37 (skin-restoring), Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Extract (hydration/antioxidant), Tocopherol (vitamin E/antioxidant), Creatine (skin-restoring), Bisabolol (skin-soothing), Sorbitol (hydration), Inositol (skin-replenishing), Xylitol (hydration), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (skin-replenishing), Sodium Levulinate (skin-softening/preservative), Behenyl Behenate (thickener), Tribehenin (hydration), Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate (thickener/emulsifier), Xanthan Gum (thickener), Sodium Acrylates Copolymer Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer (film-forming agent), Carbomer (thicknener), Sodium Hydroxide (pH adjuster), Tetrasodium EDTA (chelating agent), Phenoxyethanol (preservative), Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative)

I use this in my morning and evening routines. But, in this NYC humidity, it’s been a go-to as my daytime moisturizer before SPF.
RESIST YOUTH-EXTENDING DAILY HYDRATING FLUID SPF 50
The Youth-Extending Daily Hydrating Fluid SPF 50 is a broad-spectrum sunscreen that I’ve been able to use in the summer and winter months. It’s a hybrid moisturizer-sunscreen that mostly uses chemical UV filters, but it also contains titanium dioxide.
We all know sunscreens are an essential step in our skincare routine, yet I’ve always hated finding ones that I could comfortably wear. I have to say that this is one of the most wearable sunscreens. Its lightweight, it blurs the pores a bit, doesn’t pill, and most importantly doesn’t leave a white cast! I also love that it doesn’t require a lot of rubbing when I apply it! It has a milky, watery texture. It’s also full of antioxidant ingredients which you have to appreciate in a sunscreen.
Active Ingredients: Avobenzone 2.0%, Octinoxate 7.50%, Octisalate 5.0%, Octocrylene 2.0%
Other Ingredients: Water (Aqua), Glycerin (hydration/skin replenishing), Silica (absorbent agent), Dimethicone (hydration), Tocopherol (vitamin E/antioxidant), Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract (Matricaria), Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract (antioxidants), Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract (antioxidants), Camellia Oleifera (Green Tea) Leaf Extract(antioxidants), Peucedanum Graveolens (Dill) Extract (antioxidants), Sambucus Nigra (Black Elderberry) Fruit Extract (antioxidants), Avena Sativa (Oat) Bran Extract (skin-soothing), Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Extract(antioxidants), Lycium Barbarum (Goji) Fruit Extract(antioxidants), Hydrogenated Lecithin (skin-restoring), Titanium Dioxide (texture-enhancing/texture-enhancing), Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer (hydration), Diethylhexyl Syringylidenemalonate (hydration), Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer (film-forming/suspending agent), Xanthan Gum (texture-enhancers), Sodium Carbomer (texture-enhancers), Benzyl Alcohol (preservative), Sodium Benzoate (stabilizer), Potassium Sorbate (stabilizer), Phenoxyethanol (preservative), Ethylhexylglycerin (preservative)

I, of course, use this as the last step in my morning skincare routine. I’ve also used this to reapply my sunscreen, especially when I don’t wear makeup.
BONUS FAVORITE: WEIGHTLESS BODY TREATMENT 2% BHA
I know I have talked about my ten favorite face products from Paula’s Choice, but I cannot NOT talk about Paula’s Choice’s Weightless Body Treatment 2% BHA. This hydrating body lotion has really helped with my keratosis pilaris (otherwise known as “KP”) and “bacne,” leaving those areas of my body smoother, softer, and less irritated.
This treatment lotion has a silky texture that’s lightweight and sinks into my skin quickly.
Water (Aqua), Butylene Glycol (hydration), Cetyl Alcohol (texture-enhancing), PPG-14 Butyl Ether (texture-enhancing), Salicylic Acid (beta hydroxy acid/exfoliant), Dimethicone (hydration), Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E/antioxidant), Chamomilla Recutita Matricaria Flower Extract (chamomile extract/skin-soothing, Epilobium Angustifolium Flower/Leaf/Stem Extract (willow herb extract/skin-soothing), Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract (green tea extract/skin-soothing), Cucumis Melo Fruit Extract (melon extract/antioxidant), Bisabolol (skin-soothing), Allantoin (skin-soothing), Cyclopentasiloxane (hydration), Cyclohexasiloxane (hydration), Dimethiconol (hydration/texture-enhancing), PEG-40 Stearate (texture-enhancing), Sorbitan Stearate (texture-enhancing), Polysorbate 20 (texture-enhancing), PVM/MA Decadiene Crosspolymer (texture-enhancing), Polyacrylamide (texture-enhancing), C13-14 Isoparaffin (texture-enhancing), Laureth-7 (texture-enhancing), Disodium EDTA (stabilizer), Sodium Hydroxide (pH adjuster), Hexylene Glycol (hydration/texture-enhancing), Caprylyl Glycol (preservative), Ethyhexylglycerin (preservative), Phenoxyethanol, (preservative)

I use this more like a treatment that a full body moisturizer, applying it only to the areas with KP or pimples. And I apply this after I shower in the morning and/or evening.
